\n As ASEN ALUMINUM, we see occupational health and safety, employee welfare and sustainable production\nas inseparable elements. We consider it our fundamental responsibility to protect the health and safety of\nour employees, subcontractors, visitors and related parties in all our activities, and to create a safe and\nhealthy working environment with a culture of continuous improvement.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Accordingly, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety\nManagement System Standard and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our OHS\nPolicy:\n <\/p>\n\n

  • \n To eliminate hazards and reduce OHS risks in all our processes with a risk-based thinking approach by\nfulfilling the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System,\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n To fully comply with the applicable national occupational health and safety legislation, national and\ninternational legal regulations, other obligations and the requirements of the Occupational Health and\nSafety Management System, to continuously review and improve the effectiveness of the system,\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n To develop occupational safety awareness by encouraging the participation of our employees and to\ncreate a strong OHS culture with consultation and participation mechanisms,\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n To ensure the implementation of proactive approaches and preventive activities to prevent\noccupational accidents and diseases,\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n To increase the awareness and competencies of employees with safe equipment, suitable working\nenvironment and continuous training and awareness activities,\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n To ensure that safe working conditions are maintained in cooperation with our business partners in\nour supply chain,\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n Within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals; To protect employee health, to provide\ndecent working conditions and to integrate the responsible production approach into all our processes,\n <\/li>\n\n
  • \n We aim to develop a behavior-based safety culture by considering the physical and mental safety of\nour employees.\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n
